Responsibilities
Welcome and check in guests, explain villa amenities and services
Arrange guest requests (tours, restaurant bookings, birthdays, preferences).
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages.
Take guest orders and serve meals in a professional manner.
Support housekeeping by cleaning guest rooms and common areas when needed, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Communicate with guests via text and WhatsApp clearly and promptly.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Manage guest check-out and payment process.
Keep the villa organized and well-presented at all times

Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality is essential. High-achiveing fresh graduates is also welcome.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bubbly, friendly, and confident personality
Able to engage and maintain natural conversation with guests
Skilled in food & beverage service and basic housekeeping
Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
Fast response
Willing to assist with errands and guest transport when needed
Ability to operate computers is essential for the daily operation of our Property Management System. Staff will receive training to ensure proficiency in its use.
Preferred :
Experience in the industry.
Holds driving license (SIM A), or willingness to learn how to drive.
Additional language fluency.
